Customer Pick-Ups and Purchases

Our Return Policy Is Simple, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.


  • Please make sure you ask about the product prior to purchasing it.

  • Nossack staff members are allowed to open a box for you to visually see the product, but you may not touch the box or the product.

  • We stand behind Food Integrity and want to provide all customers with the same experience.

  • As Nossack Fine Meats is strictly under CFIA regulations (Canadian Food Inspection Agency), we must abide by CFIA.

  • The finished product is handled and stored at this facility to ensure food safety specifications or requirements are maintained.  The product is protected against deterioration. Temperature is monitored to ensure frozen products remain in a frozen state and refrigerated products are stored at a maximum of 4°C.

  • Once the product has left our facility, we are no longer in control of the integrity of the product, therefore we cannot accept any returns.

  • Products are identified with a Best Before Date or a Production Date.  We follow all food guidelines and measures and ask from all of our Suppliers to provide letters with respect to their products and shelf life.

  • If you feel uncomfortable with a certain production date prior to purchase, please let us know so we can see what inventory is available.

  • Returns are accepted if there is any quality issue with the product, such as foreign material, rancidness, etc. Returns, in this case, are only acceptable if the product is still in its original box or packaging, with a product label or box label, and the best before or production date.  If you need to return an item, send us an email at and bring your item to 100 - 7240 Johnstone Drive, Red Deer, AB, T4P 3Y6, Canada.
